Council offers the option of an Urgent Processing service for an additional fee of $75

Where the Urgent Processing fee has been paid, your certificate will be processed and ready for collection in one (1) business day. All other certificate applications will be processed in five (5) business days.

NOTE: In the case of a newly registered lot, while the urgency processing service can be requested, it may not always be possible for Council to issue a certificate in 1 business day due to the system adjustments needed. In these circumstances, the urgency fee will be refunded. Alternatively, you can elect to use the normal processing service.
